Meditative breathing

breathingIn meditative breathing people focus on how they breathe in and out and/or what they breathe in and out with their physical or energy body. The "how to breathe" is defined by the rhyme of inhaling and exhaling and the pauses in between. The "what to breathe" can be either air or some kind of energy. The meditative breathing is performed through the windows of physical and energy body. There are many types of meditative breathing, both physical and energetic. In our school we study more than twenty types of meditative breathing.
